Alieia S.a. in 2001 builds its plants in the crystal-clear and pristine waters of Sithonia, a central peninsula of Chalkidiki in northern Greece near Mount Athos, having excellent product quality and sustainable production as its main goals.

Stress conditions inside the tanks are very low; constant monitoring of the population density, allows a proper ratio of muscle mass to fat, as ample volumes remain in the tanks available for swimming.

Thanks to sustained and continuous sea currents, there is harmonious and natural development of the fish, resulting in an extremely nutritious product rich in amino acids, vitamins, minerals and Omega 3 fats.  By virtue of the great attention to nutrition, the reared fish reach 400 grams in 20-22 months.
